Shipping policy
Delivery/Collection
When you place an order with us, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Many of our items are made to order and if this is the case, it may be a few days before your item(s) are despatched. Once your item(s) are out for delivery, you will receive a further notification to let you know your order is on its way.
We deliver items Worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once you confirm your country for delivery.
United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
All orders to UK delivery addresses are shipped using Royal Mail UK 1st Class Signed For service. The cost for this service is £3.23.

Orders to delivery addresses within Europe are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£4.25) or International Tracked & Signed service (£9.20) – please choose your preferred service at checkout.
World Zone 2 - see below for list of countries.
Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 2 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£6.80) or International Tracked & Signed service (£11.55) – please choose your preferred service at checkout.
World Zone 3 - USA
Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 3 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£5.85) or International Tracked & Signed service (£10.65) – please choose your preferred service at checkout.
World Zone 1 - Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe, USA or World Zone 2.
Orders to delivery addresses within World Zone 1 are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard service (£5.70) or International Tracked & Signed service (£10.50) – please choose your preferred service at checkout.
Timescales for Delivery from time of despatch
UK – First Class: 1-2 Working Days
EU – International Standard/Tracked & Signed: Aim for 3-5 Working Days
Worldwide - International Standard/Tracked & Signed: Aim for 6-7 Working Days
International Customers - please note that we complete a customs declaration and pay any relevant charges applicable within the UK, but any additional government fees, duties, taxes, customs charges etc applicable in your home country are your responsibility.
Tracking
Where tracking information is available it will be provided to you in your shipping notification.
Click & Collect
We also offer a free Click & Collect service from our shop at 16 The Buttermarket, Down Street, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh, BT74 7DU. Collection is available during our normal opening hours which are currently Tuesday to Saturday 11am – 5pm. If your item(s) are being made to order, it may be a few days before your item(s) are ready. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
